1) Consultation & Patch Test (if needed)

We’ll review your goals, hair/skin type, medical history, and sun exposure to ensure the treatment plan is safe and effective.

2) Your Treatment

Treatments are typically quick. You may feel a warm snap or mild prickling sensation, but most clients find it very tolerable.

3) Hair Shedding Phase

Treated hairs often shed over the following days to weeks. Hair growth becomes finer and slower with each session.

Most clients see best results with a series of treatments, because hair grows in cycles and laser is most effective during the active growth phase.

Common plan: 6–10 sessions, spaced about 4–8 weeks apart, depending on the area, hair density, and your individual response.

Before your appointment

  • Shave the area 12–24 hours prior (no waxing or tweezing for 3–4 weeks before)

  • Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner 7–14 days prior

  • Skip exfoliants/retinoids on the area for 3–5 days (if applicable)

  • Arrive with clean skin—no lotions, oils, or deodorant on the area being treated

After your appointment

  • Mild redness or warmth is normal for a few hours

  • Avoid hot showers, saunas, intense workouts for 24 hours

  • Use SPF on exposed treated areas

  • Don’t pick or scrub—let the skin calm naturally
